They are Lyndon B. Diongzon and Marla Bas, both of Uvalde, and Devin Bohannan of Utopia. Combined, the students received over $5000 in scholarships. For the past fifty years, First State Bank has presented scholarships to area students wishing to attend our local Junior College.Pictured with this year’s recipients are: First State Bank CEO Chad Stary and College President Dr. Hector Gonzales.
