They are Ashley Garcia and Nataly Santos (pictured here). Miss Garcia was awarded the FSB Governor Dolph Briscoe Scholarship and Miss Santos received the FSB John Nance Garner Memorial Scholarship. First State Bank provides both scholarships annually to area students wishing to attend Southwest Texas Junior College.
